NeatSpeak for iPhone
Email hello@tidewaterlabs.tech. We usually reply within one working day. Beta testers can also send feedback from TestFlight (take a screenshot, then tap Share Beta Feedback).
iOS doesn't let keyboards use the microphone, so the NeatSpeak app listens for the keyboard. Start a session from Control Center, the Action Button, Siri (“Start NeatSpeak”), or by opening the app. A Live Activity shows while the mic is ready. Then tap the mic on the NeatSpeak keyboard in any app. You choose how long the mic stays ready in Settings › Microphone.
No session is running. Start one from Control Center or the Action Button, or open the app, then switch back.
iOS pauses “Hey Siri” while any app is using the microphone. Holding the side button still works. Shorten “Keep mic ready” if this bothers you.
Turn off Settings › Microphone › Use Bluetooth headset mic. Dictation then uses the iPhone's microphone.
Add them under Vocabulary in the app. NeatSpeak gives them to the speech engine and to clean-up.
Set the clean-up engine to Off. Or tap undo straight after a dictation to get the raw transcript back.
Manage or cancel NeatSpeak Pro in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Request refunds from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Pro doesn't unlock after buying, open the NeatSpeak Pro screen in the app and tap Restore purchases.
In the app, open Settings › Diagnostics › Copy report and paste it into an email to us. It lists technical events only, not what you said.
